4. Deposits & Withdrawals

dkk99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all fund movements on the platform:

• Welcome bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements. The standard rollover requirement is 10x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in games on dkk99, you acknowledge that all betting and gaming activity is subject to the following rules. These rules exist to maintain fairness, integrity, and a safe experience for all players:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. dkk99 will not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been confirmed, except in cases where a market is voided due to a technical error or event cancellation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, dkk99 will investigate the incident and, where necessary, void the affected round and refund the applicable stake amounts to the player's account.
